This classic California Craftsman home is located in Venice, CA. and had been modified a number of times since its original construction in 1923. The current owner’s objectives were to restore certain original design elements, modernize others and improve overall space efficiencies. Modest changes to the floorplan were made to improved space flow and utility. Period details were added and restored throughout, including the addition of new cabinetry in the common areas. The kitchen and three bathrooms were completely rebuilt and remodeled with new appliances, fixtures and finishes.
