One Frankford is a new 7-story, 78-unit apartment building developed by client and located at the gateway to Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. AOY provided interior design services for common area and amenity spaces located on the first floor and rooftop, including developing interior surface treatments, material specifications, cabinetry design, color palettes and interior furnishings for reception, lounge and rooftop deck spaces. Look and feel considerations drew from key architectural building elements and its urban setting, including the use of oak wall paneling, natural stone, minimalist lighting designs and an accented neutral color palette to complement existing concrete and brick building elements.
